(ORCD 208) KANDARIVAS / Rhythms Of Obliteration (CD)

KANDARIVAS - Tribal / Experimental Grindcore band from Tokyo downtown area, Kanda.
Finally first full-length album "Rhythms Of Obliteration" released with their celebrating band-fomred 10th anniversary.
Their unique sounds, double-drum with Japanese Wadaiko drums with hard & heavy guitar riffs, and intense yet catchy songs.
In 2024, the band performed at Obscene Extreme and got great responses.
The long-awaited first album contains 20 songs, from re-recordings of killer tunes that have been played live many times to new songs, all of which are full filled with the charm of KANDARIVAS.

BUTCHER ABCはイントロ、新曲2曲、再録の4曲を収録。ギターはFECUNDATIONでも活躍するJongHaのギターソロをフィーチャリング。ドラムは100 YEARS WARのAshが初参加した音源。

100 YEARS WARは重厚なリフワークとダークネス・クラストやブラックメタルにも通じる暗雲垂れ込める不穏な空気が充満したサウンド。

"A Young Person’s Guide To King Parrot" is a hostile and abrasive slab of sensory destroying anthems, the record features ten thoroughly crafted blasts through the psyche of this crazed Aussie quintet. Recorded at Melbourne’s Dangertone studios with engineer Luke Walton, it’s the first full-length album since 2017’s critically adored Ugly Produce offering and their first new music since 2020’s Holed Up In The Lair EP. Applying a similar approach to the writing process of their previous records, which has been historically organic and old-school, KING PARROT adopted a new approach to the studio process. Pulling the new record together was a meticulously creative endeavour and the final product is the most complete, aggressive, and urgent the band has ever sounded.

King Parrot recently completed a monstrous 33 date tour through Europe and the UK with stadium dates alongside Pantera and Power Trip followed by a full European club tour with death metal pioneers Master. King Parrot will be launching the new record all over Australia throughout May and June. A new US show alongside Acid Bath + Pentagram will take place in New York at Brooklyn Paramount on July 25 before the band join Pantera + Amon Amarth on “The Heaviest Tour of The Summer” all over the USA. A full list of the bands upcoming tour dates can be found below, with more North American dates to be announced in the coming weeks including a string of Canadian shows. Japanese fans can expect to see the band in 2026 with dates to be announced in the future.

KING PARROTの新アルバム "A Young Person's Guide To King Parrot" が2025年 6月6日に全世界で発売!!

"A Young Person's Guide To King Parrot" は感覚を破壊するような敵意むき出しのアンセムである。

エンジニアにルーク・ウォルトンを迎え、メルボルンのダンガートン・スタジオで録音され、2017年の"Ugly Produce" 以来となるフルアルバムであり、2020年の"Holed Up In The Lair EP" 以来となる新曲である。この狂ったオージーの5人組の精神に突き刺さる、徹底的に作り込まれた10曲が収録されている。これまでで最も完成度が高く、アグレッシブで、切迫感のあるものとなった。

Matt Youngの独特かつアグレッシブなヴォーカルとあらゆるエクストリームメタルの要素がごちゃまぜになっている彼らのサウンド。ライブは音楽以上に過激で、フロアはいつも大盛り上がりだ!アジア流通盤は日本のObliteration Recordsから発売!!

2010年にオーストラリアで結成。2015年のセカンドアルバムはPANTERAフィル・アンセルモのレーベル、Housecore Recordsから発表し、その後、数々のフェスに出演、ローカルを含む多数のギグをこなすリアル・ロードファイターバンド。

アルバムリリース前にPANTERA、POWER TRIPとのスタジアム・ツアー、デス・メタルのパイオニアであるMASTERとのヨーロッパツアーなどヨーロッパとイギリスを33日間におよぶ大規模なツアーを終えた。

7月25日にはニューヨークのBrooklyn ParamountでACID BATH + PENTAGRAMとの米国公演が予定されており、その後、バンドはPANTERA + AMON AMARTHと "The Heaviest Tour of The Summer"に参加。その後はさらに北米ツアーが、そして2026年に再来日を予定している!!

この"The Devil's Work"は5thアルバム "I, the Devil"のプリ・プロダクションとして制作された2018年のデモ音源。3曲収録で限定100本のカセットテープ音源として自主リリース。そのデモ音源に未発表の2曲を追加、新たにChris MoyenのアートワークでCD化再発。2025年のアジアツアーに合わせリリース。
初期のベスチャルノイズなサウンドからさらに音楽的な進化を遂げ"エクスペリメンタル・ハイパースピード・サタニック・メタル"が誕生!!　5曲26分。限定700枚。

In early days in Japanese underground Death Metal / Grind Core scene, one of legend / obscure Death Metal from Tokyo, the band NECROPSY formed by Itaru (Dr / IDORA, NUKEY PIKES) and Hiro and Natuski (ROSEROSE). After member changed, the band changed name to DAMNATION ALLEY.

They have released split CD with SADONDETH (Tonosaki of ANATOMIA in this band) in 1993, some member changed, they stopped to activities in early 2000.

In 2022, "Early Years Demo Tracks" CD (Tower Of Puzzle Records) released, DAMNATION ALLEY restarted in 2023 and have released 7inch flexi.

And finally! They released "Long-awaited" first full album, titled "Total Extinction:Absolute Equality". Influenced by DEATH, OBITUARY, ENTOMBED mixed Bay-Area's crunchy riffs and their unique rhythms. Featuring 12 songs.

IDORA、NUKEY PIKESでも活動するItaru (Dr)とROSEROSEのHiro (Bass)とNatuski (Gt)が1990年代初頭に結成したデスメタルバンド、NECROPSY。その後、メンバーチェンジを経て改名しDAMNATION ALLEYとなる。

関東の初期デスメタル・グラインドコアシーンではTRANSGRESSOR、NECRO-E、HELLCHILD、ROSEROSE ("Brutalized" デス・グラインド期)、GORE BEYOND NECROPSY、UNBIASED、MAGGOTY COPRSEなどのバンドと同時代に活動し、1993年にはSADONDETH (現ANATOMIAの外崎が在籍)とスプリットCDをリリース。幾度のメンバーチェンジを繰返した後、2000年代初頭に活動を休止。

2022年にリリースされた"Early Years Demo Tracks" CD (Tower Of Puzzle Records)のリリースをきっかけに活動を再開。2023年にはHello From The Gutterから7インチソノシートを発表。

そして結成から30年以上の時を経てリリースされるファーストフルアルバム、"Total Extinction:Absolute Equality"。

初期デスメタルのレジェンドバンド、DEATH、OBITUARY、ENTOMBEDからの影響と80年代のベイエリアスラッシュメタル特有のエッジの効いたリフを融合させ、DAMNATION ALLEYのオリジナリティでもあるグルーブ感を伴うリズムワークが光るオールドスクールなデス・スラッシュメタル。ボーナストラック含む全12曲を収録。

スラッシュメタルの刻み・疾走感、デスメタルの重厚さ・激昂感が見事に融合したセカンドフルアルバム。2018年にスペインのMemento MoriからCDでリリースされ現在は廃盤。そのセカンドフルアルバムにDISCHARGE、ANTI-CIMEXのカバー、ライブ2曲の合計4曲をボーナストラックで追加収録しての再発盤。日本のObliteration Recordsから。
